Arbitration constitutes an ideal means to facilitate the settlement of conflicts and controversies of private nature.

In Barreda Moller, we are responsible for conducting processes in the arbitral channel, based on the experience acquired through the years and in our participation in the drafting of the  Arbitration General Law in force, as well as being part as Regular Members of the International Arbitration Court of ICC-PARIS, and of the Arbitration Superior Board of the National and International Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Lima (CCL)-Peru.
